1-37. The Key for Beautiful Skin (日本語)
The main ingredient of placenta is EGF.
EGF is called epidermal growth factor and is a protein with a three-dimensional structure that has the ability to promote the growth and proliferation of cells.
The activity is based on the three-dimensional structure, so if the structure is broken by heat, chemicals, and pressure, it loses its activity.
The active protein is in a particulate form, which results in a translucent water solution like egg white.
When they lose their activity, they become stringlike and harden together.
This is the boiled egg.
You can see now that the heated placenta is unfortunate placenta that has lost its activity.
EGF is a cell growth factor that builds new skin and helps the skin turn over smoothly.
But the concentration of EGF is decreasing by aging.
This is how uneven skin tone, spots, wrinkles, and flare-ups occur.
